Solo, duo and trio performances by 20 Japanese guitarists, including several of the internationally renown artists who have helped define Japanese experimental music as well as an exciting and eclectic mix of young artists. This one day festival celebrates the huge variety of sound and technique possible with the guitar and promises to amaze all music lovers with an adventurous mind. The running order and the actual solo/duo/trio combinations will only be revealed on the day of the event. Performances will start when the doors open, so best to come early!

Tetuzi Akiyama
Highly underrated experimental guitarist who specializes in creating music with elements of both primitivism and realism by connecting his own aspirations in a minimal and straightforward way. He controls sound volumes ranging from micro to macro, in an attempt to convert the body into an electronic entity.
