アンナス・ラウゲ・メルゴー (Anders Lauge Meldgaard)
アンナス・ラウゲ・メルゴーは、デンマークのアバンギャルド界の多作な作 曲家、音楽家です。彼の最新のプロジェクト「Frisk Frugt」は、北欧音楽賞 で「北欧アルバム・オブ・ザ・イヤー」にノミネートされたアルバムを 2 枚 出しています。自由なインプロビゼーション音楽や、実験的なオーケスト ラ・コラージュ、ノイズ、エキゾチックポップなどから、クラシカルの作曲 などと、活動範囲は広いです。本人名義で演奏を魅せるのはこのコンサートが初となります。

In 2013, Chef Berntsen and his sommelier won the Copa Jerez V, the biggest and most prestigious international competition in matching food and wine. Food and beverage combinations are key at CLOU where the starting point of creation highly unusual often is the wine, beer or juice whereafter the chefs match the food. In Tokyo dishes will be matched with the famous signature beers of Danish brewery, “Mikkeller”. CLOU has hold consecutive since 2014 a star in the Guide Michelin, and at the point of receiving it, the young chef was the youngest to ever hold one in Denmark. In the 2016, CLOU was announced “Restaurant Of The Year” by the Danish Restaurant Guide, winning amongst an impressive, strong group of fellow nominees: Noma, Kadeau Bornholm, Relæ, Søllerød Kro and Ruths Hotel. Chef Berntsen is taught in France and techniques used at Clou are mostly of French, Italian and Spanish origin, though the restaurant also takes great pride in using the best of Danish produce in its cooking, being very oriented to the outstanding fresh sea produce of the Nordic region. Amongst pleased food critics CLOU is in general described as a restaurant being “classic with an unusual, extraordinary twist”. The team of CLOU is very thrilled about the Tokyo event, including working with the best products that Japan has to offer.

Mikkeller is first and foremost beer – showcasing all possible styles and ingredients. A world of hops, malt, barrel ageing, spontaneous fermentation,licorice, coffee, passionfruit, cherries, chili, cocoa etc.It is also an international success story about a math and chemistry teacher, who began experimenting with home brewing in his kitchen in Vesterbro, Copenhagen and now exports his beer to 50 different countries around the world. There are beer festivals, events, running clubs and tap takeovers. Last but not least, an ocean of fun projects and collaborations with talented and innovative people from the wondrous world of gastronomy and culture. Mikkeller has a range of different venues around the world; bars, bottle shops, restaurants and a brewery in San Diego, California. The latest bar is located in Shibuya, Tokyo.
